I’m a Jerusalem-based textile and fashion designer who specializes in weaving hand-made textiles on a traditional loom.

In my work, I develop new tools and techniques for creating original patterns that are done in a non-conventional way. I combine in my work scientific technologies and anthropological research which are expressed in artistic and useful objects.

 

I collect data and translate it through analog and digital means as signs on canvas. By converting data into a pattern the information is transformed into a raw material that can be designed in a way that the fabric is both an indicator and a marker.
